Frame has appointed Britt Lippett as Client Partner, marking a significant step in the agency’s continued growth and evolution.
Returning home to Adelaide after more than 16 years working away in London and Melbourne, Lippett brings extensive experience leading cross functional teams, complex client portfolios and delivering integrated campaigns at scale.
Her career includes senior roles at Clemenger BBDO, adam&eveDDB London and Havas Worldwide, working across global brands including Mars, Sony Mobile and the multi award winning Harvey Nichols account.
Most recently as General Manager at T&P Australia, Lippett managed a portfolio of clients across Australia and international markets while leading a multi disciplinary team spanning account management, commercial, creative, and production.
Lippett also oversaw operations and agency integration with the WPP Creative network.
At Frame, Lippett will play a central role in bridging client ambition with agency output, ensuring strategically ambitious work is not only conceived, but delivered at the highest level of craft and execution.
Her initial focus will include leading the South Australian Tourism Commission account, where she will drive destination marketing solutions and continue to evolve the Celebrate the Simple Pleasures platform.
In addition to account leadership, Lippett will oversee new business and agency growth.
Tim Pearce, Managing Director of Frame, said Lippett’s appointment reflects the agency’s intent to continue building a team capable of delivering world class work.
“Britt is an exceptional operator who understands how to navigate complexity and has a strong instinct for what makes great work and will help bring ambitious work to life,” Pearce said.
“She has led teams, grown businesses and delivered at scale.
As Frame continues to evolve, having someone of Britt’s calibre leading our client partnerships is a significant step forward for the business.”
Lippett said returning home to Adelaide and joining Frame was a natural next step.
“Frame has built something distinctive,” Lippett said.
“There is a clear point of view, strong creative ambition and a genuine focus on craft which is increasingly rare in our industry.
The opportunity to help shape the next phase of growth, while working closely with clients to deliver meaningful, high quality work is incredibly exciting.”
As Client Partner, Lippett will also mentor the account management team and strengthen collaboration between departments to help deliver ambitious, high-quality work at scale.
